I also double up on hair skin and nail vitamins. I am so happy ~ I found the longest grey hair yesterday . Who knew I would live long enough to see a grey hair. Never mind a very long healthy one. Take care from the inside out and the scalp first. Carols daughter makes a great scalp treatment. You have to wait till those dead cells clear from your scalp before your new hair can come shining through! Hang in there!
